These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the “mophie Chance to Win” (the “Promotion”)

By entering the Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Promotion is open to UK residents who are over 18 years of age (except for employees and their families, of the Promoter and their group of companies and any individuals that have previously won a prize through the Promoter during the previous year) with only one entry allowed per person.
  2. To participate in the Promotion, entrants are required to complete an entry form by scanning the promotional QR Code on packaging instore.
  3. Only 1 (one) entry per person will be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
  4. The Promotion opens on 1/07/2024 (1st July 2024) and the closing date for entries is 23:59 (GMT) on 31/08/2024 (31st August 2024) (the "Promotion Period"). Entries after the Promotion Period will not count.
  5. Overall, 63 winners will be randomly selected, based on eligible entry form submissions, following the end of the Promotion Period.
  1. Three “Winners” draws will take place. One will take place on July 19th 2024 (19/07/2024). Another will take place on August 9th  2024 (09/08/2024). The final Draw will take place on September 2nd  2024 (02/09/2024). All winners will be notified via email, by the Promoter, no later than September 6th 2024 (06/09/2024).
  2. The prizes awarded to the selected winners are as follows. Please note, each winner will win 1 X of the selected prize category they have won the draw for:
  •  3 X £1,000 Ticketmaster vouchers (each winner of this prize will receive 2 x £500 pound Ticketmaster vouchers.)
  • 10 x £250 High Street vouchers (Oneforall or Perx vouchers)
  • 50x mophie powerbanks
  1. The decision of the Promoter is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of this Promotion.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize to the equivalent value and/or specification. There is no cash alternative and the Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize; expenses which are not specifically stated to be included in the Prize and shall be for the winner’s own account.
  3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the entrant or his/her family or accompanying companions as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting any Prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  4. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promotion, or any Prize, with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud);
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the Promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. The Promoter reserves the right to use their discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction they deem appropriate;
  6. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure;
  7. The Promoter shall not be liable and is not responsible for any interruption or disruption to or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, electronic devices, systems, servers, providers, websites (including the availability of www.mophie.com);
  8. The Promoter may collect personal information from entrants, for example, information provided during the course of the Promotion. The Promoter will use entrants' information for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and may share this data with the prize provider and administrator. By entering the Promotion, and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the entrant consents that the Promoter may process personal data that we collect from you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal information as described in its privacy policy, which can be found at http://www.mophie.com/privacy-policy.  Entrants can, at any time after you have consented to receive information from the Promoter, opt-out of receiving any and all such information by contacting the Promoter.  You have a right to access your personal data held by us or to request that we cease to use such data. Any request for this should be made in writing to the Promoter;
  9. Unless you notify the Promoter otherwise in writing, the Promoter (and it's sponsors) reserve the right to use and feature your name and your image (if comprised in your entry) as a winner (or entrant) for publicity purposes and/or in connection with any of our advertising, promotional or marketing activities and, you agree that you will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or its agencies and other suppliers, including (but not limited to) use of your name and likeness at any time in television, radio, online or other advertisements, or on the Promoter's websites and social media sites. By way of example only, we may use your name and entry as part of an affiliate marketing (e.g. banner, sponsored story, listing) or other online or social media advertising campaign. By submitting your entries and personal data to us in connection with a Promotion you are consenting to use of your image, likeness and personal data for such purposes.
  10. The Promoter accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of payment of tax, National Insurance, or any other tax, or for notification of the benefit earned by a user to any tax authorities. For further information the winner should contact its nearest HMRC Office;
  11. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of that provision. When terms such as “may” are used in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter has sole and absolute discretion.  Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Terms and Conditions. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, privacy policy, or terms of use on the Website, and/or the terms and conditions shall prevail, govern, and control, and the discrepancy will be resolved in Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion;
  12. The Promotion and these Terms are governed by English law and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
